Find out moreHow We Work
We start with a free, no-obligation consultation to talk through your concerns and discuss the type of support that might work best for you. From there, you can choose to have sessions online, over the phone, or in person, with appointments available during the day, in the evening, or at weekends. Your counsellor will work with you to create a plan that focuses on your priorities — whether that’s managing anxiety, improving self-esteem, navigating life transitions, or finding ways to feel calmer and more balanced.

The Numbers Speak for Themselves
In the UK, one in five women experiences a common mental health problem each week. PMDD affects between five and eight percent of women of reproductive age, and one in four women experiences mental health problems during or after pregnancy. Women are also twice as likely as men to be diagnosed with an anxiety disorder.
You don’t have to wait until you’re at breaking point to reach out. Many women come to counselling simply because they want to feel better, more confident, or more in control of their lives. Whatever your reasons, the first conversation is free and without obligation.
