At Hope Therapy, we strive to provide a supportive environment for our therapists to thrive. We strive for our therapists to support a minimum of 2-3 clients at any time whilst allowing them autonomy to focus on each client’s needs and provide the personalised attention they deserve. Before referring potential clients to our therapists, they are assessed to ensure they are a good fit for the therapist’s specific expertise and skill set.
In addition to providing a supportive work environment, we also offer competitive, tiered rates based on our therapists’ experience and expertise. We believe in investing in our therapists’ professional development and offer discounted CPD opportunities to help them continue to grow and develop their skills. We understand the importance of ongoing learning and development and encourage our therapists to continue along their development path.
At Hope Therapy, we operate both remotely and across the UK in-clinic, making it easy for therapists in all UK locations to come and work with us. We welcome counsellors who are passionate about mental health and wellbeing and are committed to providing high-quality care to their clients. Whether you prefer to work remotely or in-clinic, we have opportunities available to suit your needs. We offer an encouraging and supportive environment where our therapists can thrive, grow, and positively impact their clients’ lives.
