What is Insomnia?

Insomnia is one of the most common sleep disorders. Some studies indicate that between 10% and 50% of people experience insomnia worldwide. The issue can have a contributory impact on serious health and wellbeing.

Insomnia can be the result of many different things, ranging from stress, anxiety and chronic pain to name but a few. It can even be as sleeping in a new house or with a new partner.
