Hope Therapy offers Mental Health and Wellbeing Support throughout the UK, with a team of qualified and experienced counsellors and therapists.
We understand how nerve-racking these times can be and how it can affect people differently. Our counsellors offer Counselling, CBT and Mindfulness via Skype, Zoom or Phone via what is called the Hope Network. We also offer a variety of evidence-based, digitally supported, hugely popular wellbeing packages.
As well as offering support on-line our counsellors also offer face-to-face counselling sessions at our practices in:

CBT, or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, is an evidenced-based talking therapy. It has been proved to help treat a wide range of emotional and psychological.
CBT looks at how we think about a situation and how this affects the way we act.
Mindfulness is a way of paying attention: focussed, with purpose, staying in the present moment and withholding all judgment.
Mindfulness helps us to focus and see clearly whatever is going on in our lives at any given point. This awareness can then help to have a greater degree of clarity over how we respond.

We specialise primarily in Depression, Stress Management (either work or home-based), Anxiety (Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Stress, Panic Disorder, Phobias, OCD, etc), Self Esteem, Relationship Issues (Both one to one counselling and couples counselling), Anger Issues (either yours or someone else's) along with a variety of forms of addiction, Bereavement and Loss and Goal-Based Life or Executive Coaching.
We offer one to one counselling, couples counselling or group support.
Mental Health e-learning
We provide 24/7 e-learning, a platform to transform your knowledge and start you on a journey of discovery!
CBT - On Demand is a range of self-guided programmes offered through an online portal. You can view the lessons at your convenience and take your time working through the home practice exercises. The programme is designed to last a minimum of six weeks but can take up to twelve.
