Hope Therapy offers Mental Health and Wellbeing Support throughout the UK, via a team of qualified and experienced counsellors and therapists.

We understand how nerve-racking these times can be and how it can affect people differently. As such our team of experienced and fully qualified Counsellors, Therapists and Coaches will not only focus on your support but will also help you in becoming ready to start the journey too.

We have counsellors covering a large number of areas throughout England, so you may well be able to see us face-to-face wherever you are. However, we all offer Skype, Zoom and Telephone support, so wherever you are, we will be able to work with you. People work with us from literally all areas of the country and in some cases from abroad.

We are also lucky enough to have a number of clinical supervisors working for Hope Therapy, so if you are a professional Counsellor or a Counsellor in training, we may also be able to help you too.

We support clients one to one, together with couples counselling or via group support.

We also offer what we call CBT-On-demand. Which are a variety of evidence-based, digitally supported and hugely popular on-line wellbeing packages. So if you feel you want evidence-based support, but don't feel ready to commit to counselling or your lifestyle doesn't allow, we can support you there too. All of our online support packages are fully supported by one of our fully qualified team.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT, or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, is an evidenced-based talking therapy. It has been proved to help treat a wide range of emotional and psychological. 


CBT looks at how we think about a situation and how this affects the way we act. 



Mindfulness ​is a way of paying attention: focussed, with purpose, staying in the present moment and withholding all judgment.

Mindfulness helps us to focus and see clearly whatever is going on in our lives at any given point. This awareness can then help to have a greater degree of clarity over how we respond.

We provide 24/7 e-learning, a platform to transform your knowledge and start you on a journey of discovery!

CBT - On Demand is a range of self-guided programmes offered through an online portal. You can view the lessons at your convenience and take your time working through the home practice exercises. The programme is designed to last a minimum of six weeks but can take up to twelve.
