Truma, Confidence And Anxiety.

After a life changing Truma 5 years ago, I needed help understanding who I am, loneliness, anxiety and low self esteem was an everyday cycle. Jayne was amazing, very perceptive and I learnt much about myself and I have been able to go forward with my life. Thank you to Jayne.

Mindfulness Programme

The Mindfulness Based Self Compassion Programme is proving to be an emotional journey for me, much more than I ever imagined it would be, but being able to openly look at and discuss these emotions means that I am learning so much from Ian and from the other members of the group. I take great comfort from that.

This programme was more relevant to me than I actually realised. Leaning to show myself compassion hasn't been easy, but this course has started me on a journey, one that I intend to continue. It was wonderful listening to others on a similar journey to me.

The ease with which I joined in throughout the sessions surprised me. This is testament to how well Ian runs the sessions and I really appreciate that consideration is given to the size of the groups, they are not too large to get lost in.
