In today's highly pressurised working environment, we can find ourselves under more pressure than ever before. We are open to a whole range of emotional pressures and demands, which can either cause or make worse existing emotional or psychological concerns.
I work with a number of issues that can present in the workplace, including such areas as:

- In the UK in excess of 25 Million days a year are lost due to stress related conditions.
- 1 in every 4 people per year will suffer from some sort of mental illness.
I have worked in Directorial and Senior Management positions within both large FT-100 and smaller companies for over 20 years. As such I have extensive experience of understanding and supporting people with such issues.

According to Jon Kabat-Zinn , "mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment, and non judgmentally."
