Online Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)


This is an 8 week On-line Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT Programme).



Many people prefer on-line groups, to live sessions for a variety of reasons. People often struggle with location or the times of live work.

A wide variety of resources are provided to ensure this is as useful a programme as we can make it, including audio recordings of practices and exercises carried out during actual live sessions.

MBCT is a highly researched relapse management programme supporting people who struggle with Depression and Anxiety.
