Three Step Breathing Space Mindfulness Practice
The 3 Step Breathing Space is one of the core mindfulness meditation practices.
It gives us the chance to step out of 'autopilot' and see what's really going on. It allows a moment to pause and to notice what is going on, before things threatening to spiral our of control.
This practice aims to give awareness of whats happening, how we're responding to enabling us to make wiser and more self compassionate decisions.
