Mindfulness Sitting Group
In these times of stress and uncertainty, if anyone would like to try mindfulness, either as a complete beginner or a more experienced practitioner just let us know.
Hope Therapy will be running a weekly Zoom-based mindfulness group from next Thursday lunchtime at 12:00 (16th April).
The group is a really wonderful way of learning a new skill or deepening an existing one. A trained mindfulness teacher will lead you through the practice via zoom. Absolutely no previous knowledge required.
The cost is just £10 for the full hour.
Just pay via the Hope Therapy secure payment portal and we will send you an invitation via zoom.
