Life & Business Coaching
Coaching provides support to help you work towards a particular aim or goal, which could be either be at home or in the workplace.
A coach can provide you with a safe place to discuss any fears or concerns which may be holding you back and give you the support and confidence you need to overcome them.
We feel passionately about people and the value that coaching can add to helping you reach your potential. We know first-hand how your complex work-based and private needs, ambitions and desires can impact your everyday life.
What to expect
During your sessions, your coach will work with you to identify your aim or goal, and any blocks which are standing in your way.
Sessions then focus on your progress, understanding how to overcome the blocks and increasing your confidence levels.
As all of our coaches are trained mental health counsellors, they can bring in techniques from other types of therapy such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Counselling as required, to enhance your sessions and improve your outcome.
All sessions are 1:1, either face to face or via zoom and skype.
